About The Event

Residents of Northern Okanogan County and beyond are invited to take part in an upcoming community meeting to provide input on fire resiliency needs for our area.

This is a community-centered meeting taking place on Saturday, May 13th, at the Tonasket High School from 9am-12pm. Participants' needs will lead the discussion and conclusions for this meeting. We would love to see you there to provide input on what you, your neighbors, and your community need to live safely with wildfire.

This project is organized by the Okanogan Conservation District and the Washington State Department of Natural Resources, and facilitated by Ray Ledgerwood, an independent facilitator with nearly 45 years of experience, as part of the Okanogan Community-Driven Wildfire Resiliency Project.
