About The Event
The Okanogan Conservation District is leading the update of our Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP) for Okanogan County. Local agencies, organizations, fire districts, cities/towns, and other community leaders are collaborating on this process.
There will be 5 public community meetings in central areas around the county. This is an opportunity for residents and business owners to engage with CWPP partners to discuss community-level wildfire concerns and values at risk.
We hope to see you at the meeting(s) coming to your area to participate in this discussion! We will share the goals and action steps for updating the CWPP, map community values, and gather comments and project action ideas.
