Phil Dart is the candidate for the opening on the Okanogan Conservation District Board of Supervisors. In 2023, Phil was appointed as interim supervisor mid-term due to a vacancy on the Board of Supervisors. The position he was appointed to is up for re-election this year and he is the sole candidate running. Registered voters who reside within the Conservation District boundaries are eligible to vote.
