Surplus Sale - 5/29

Okanogan Conservation District will be having a surplus sale on May 29, 2025. The surplus sale will be done as an in-person silent auction at the Okanogan Grange (105 Tyee Street, Okanogan, Washington 98840).


Items Available in the Silent Auction 

  • Computers 

  • Monitors 

  • Cameras 

  • Printers 

  • Desk stands 

  • Desks  

  • Surface tablets / iPads 

  • GPS receivers 

  • Phones (mobile and landline) 

  • Filing cabinets 

  • Chairs 

  • Hand tools 

  • Vehicles – Floor bid $500  


Surplus Sale Silent Auction Procedures 

Auction Time: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM 

  • All participants must provide their name, address, and contact information to receive a bid number. 

  • Each auction item will have a dedicated bidding sheet. Bidders must write their bid number and bid amount on the corresponding sheet. 

  • The bidding closes at 6:00 PM, at which time all bidding sheets will be collected. 

  • Winning bidders will begin to be contacted at 6:30 PM

  • Item pickup will take place from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM on the 5/29 or 10AM - 12PM on the 30th 


Item Hold Policy: 

  • If a winning bidder wishes to have their item held, full payment must be made on the night of the auction. 

  • Items may be held for up to 5 business days. 

  • If payment is not made or the item is not picked up within that time, it will be awarded to the next highest bidder. 

 

Silent Auction Requirements 

  • Payment methods: Cash or check only 

  • Bids must be in whole dollar increments 

  • Payment is required on the night of the auction to claim or hold an item
